Who We Are

A Small Team, a Lot of Cabins, and High Standards

DFR Cabin Collection is a family-run property management company based in the North Georgia mountains. We manage a collection of cabins spread across Blue Ridge, Morganton, Ellijay, Blairsville, Mineral Bluff, and Talking Rock, each one personally inspected, stocked, and maintained by our team. Rick and the DFR crew started with a simple idea: that a well-run cabin should feel like someone actually thought about your stay. That means a stocked kitchen, a clean hot tub, a fire pit that's ready to go, and a host who picks up the phone. We've built the collection one property at a time, and we're hands-on with every one of them.

Where We Are

Six Mountain Towns, One Collection

Our cabins sit across some of the best terrain in North Georgia. Blue Ridge is the anchor: a walkable downtown with restaurants, breweries, and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. Morganton puts you right on Lake Blue Ridge. Ellijay is apple country, with orchards and wineries a short drive from your porch. Blairsville sits near Vogel State Park and Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Mineral Bluff and Talking Rock round out the collection with quieter, more secluded options for guests who want to get away from it all. Most of our cabins are within 15 minutes of Blue Ridge's downtown, so you get the seclusion without the sacrifice.
