Your cabin sits at the quiet end of a private road 🌲 with forest views, minimal traffic, and just one neighbor through the trees — perfect for guests seeking privacy and a true North Georgia escape.

You’re only 3.4 miles from Lake Blue Ridge 🚤 — one of the bluest, most beautiful lakes in the region. Bring your boat or rent one nearby! This area is a favorite for boating, fishing 🎣, paddleboarding, kayaking, and lakeside picnics.

Just minutes away is Downtown Blue Ridge 🏘️, filled with top-rated restaurants, breweries 🍺, boutique shops, art galleries 🎨, and the famous Blue Ridge Scenic Railway 🚂. You’re also close to Mercier Orchards, wineries 🍷, and year-round festivals.

Outdoor lovers are surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest 🌳, with quick drives to Fall Branch Falls, the Aska Adventure Area, the Toccoa River (perfect for tubing and fly fishing), the iconic Swinging Bridge, and endless hiking and biking trails 🚵.

You will need to sign a rental agreement upon reservation of this Cabin.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS:

• This is the mountains and cell service may be spotty

• There may be some twisty roads

• This is in the forests and mountains and you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters (including bears!). We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters.

• There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

• PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is ladybug season and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.

• The cabin has well water and can sometimes have a minor smell or tint. This is normal. The water is drinkable.

Fireplace is typically shut off between March/April and October/November.

Note: This is the mountains and WiFi and cell phone service can sometimes be spotty and lose service. If the internet does go out, try resetting the router first. We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving.

A separate rental agreement will be sent out electronically after booking for e signature. Signing of the agreement is required. This agreement outlines house rules and policies.
